Club government

The Superstition Amateur Radio Club is governed by its Constitution and By-Laws, and when a procedural matter not covered by these documents arises, we turn to Robert's Rules of Order.

The Club is governed by its Board of Directors, made up of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, and seven additional at-large Directors.  The Board is elected every November by the paid-up members of the club at the annual General meeting.

Constitutional and Governing Documents

Following is an index of links relating to Superstition ARC Government:

  • Board of Directors and Committees
  • The Constitution and By-Laws of the Superstition Amateur Radio Club
The By-Laws are treated as Constitutional Law with the majority of the clubs constitutional power actually residing in the By-Laws.
