- At the Main double-door entrance, use the single glass door on the left, then proceed to the end of the hall and enter the room on the left. Rest rooms are located on the right side as you enter the single glass door.

- We divide the meeting into two parts, consisting of the Presentation, which starts at 7:00 PM, followed by a coffee-and-doughnut break, then the Business meeting, at 8:00. The business meeting concludes by 9:00 PM.
- We invite visitors to attend both the presentation and the Business meeting, but the visitor is free to choose to attend only the presentation or only the business meeting if so desired.

Superstition ARC Board Dinner / Meetings
Board meeting dinner is held at 5:30 PM and the business meeting is held at 6:30. If you plan to eat, PLEASE arrive by 5:30 PM, and do your ordering prior to the start of the meeting to avoid any distractions and interruptions in the meeting.
IMPORTANT Please remember that the Board Meetings are for official business. Everyone is welcome, but please keep ALL sidebar conversations to a minimum and try to make sure that all comments are professional and pertain to the topic under discussion.
WIFI is available, so bring a laptop if you need.

- Driving Directions: North off U.S. 60, Exit 177 - Dobson Rd. Follow Dobson north 1/2 mile,passing Banner Desert Medical Center on your left, and go straight across Southern Ave. Village Inn is on your right soon after crossing Southern.
